Summary

During my time at The Craftsman Agency, I helped lead the charge in executing a comprehensive internal rebrand, which involved creating a refreshed brand identity that more authentically reflected our values and positioned us strategically within the creative landscape. As the Design Manager, I guided the team through the entire rebranding process, overseeing both creative and operational aspects to ensure alignment with our vision while staying on top of client work.

Together with my team, we successfully designed and launched a new website from the ground up, developed a refined logo & icon, and curated a modern color palette that resonated with our target audience that played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s "who is she" persona, ensuring our voice was both dynamic and approachable.

I facilitated brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to ensure the new brand imagery aligned with our goals and captured the essence of the company's evolution. The rebrand culminated in a striking new visual identity that effectively communicated our message to both current and potential clients. This transformation was a significant achievement for our team, contributing to heightened brand recognition and a stronger market presence.
